How to Complete Dogtown Saints?

• First, make sure you've completed the opening missions of the Phantom Liberty DLC, specifically the quest called "Spider and the Fly." This will unlock the 'Dogtown Saints' Gig.
• Head to the green Gig icon on your map, which is located near the Haven Clinic on Montaña de Oro Ave. Approach Mr. Hands to start a conversation with him. He'll inform you about the mission to rescue Dr. Anthony Anderson.
• After your conversation with Mr. Hands ends, go ahead and speak with Odell. He'll provide you with more details about the mission and your objective.
• Your mission is to rescue Dr. Anderson, who is inside the Haven Clinic. The clinic is up the stairs to your right, but it's heavily guarded. Depending on your character's stats, you have a few options:

• Once inside the clinic, either sneak past or defeat all the enemies as you make your way toward the clinic's basement. Look for the doorway to the basement near the back right corner of the room, near an altar.
• As you head downstairs, you'll encounter more armed guards. Take them out and be sure to loot the area for useful items.
• Inside the basement, you'll find Dr. Anderson being interrogated by Nika. You can try to defuse the situation peacefully, but your top priority is to keep Dr. Anderson alive. In most cases, you'll have to draw your weapon and eliminate Nika to ensure the doctor's safety.
• After dealing with Nika and a brief conversation with Dr. Anderson, leave the clinic. You'll receive a call from Mr. Hands, and the 'Dogtown Saints' Gig will be marked as complete.
