A Porsche Boxster carrying Max and his younger brother Federico was involved in an accident on Sunday when it crashed with a Ford Explorer pickup truck.
Max was taken to a hospital in Mexico City by helicopter, while Federico, the vehicle's 17-year-old driver, was declared brain dead at the scene. Unknown injuries have been sustained by the 20-year-old, but he is expected to be released on Monday.
