In Fortnite's Chapter 5, there's something new called Society Medallions. These are special items that help make your shield stronger in the game. There are two types: Max Shield Medallions increase the maximum amount of shield you can have, while normal medallions help your shield to heal over time.
The good thing about these medallions is that they don't take up space in your bag like other items do. They have their own special place.
Finding these medallions isn't too difficult because they are marked on the map. At the start of the game, all five medallions' locations are shown on the map. To get a medallion, you'll need to defeat a special boss character who carries it. But it's not easy because the boss has friends who will try to attack you. It's smart to collect weapons and gear from different places before trying to get a medallion.
The good news is that the boss's friends don't aim very well, so you don't have to worry too much about them. Just focus on defeating the boss with a good weapon. But remember, the boss keeps getting its shield back, so it might take some effort to defeat them.
Each boss stays in the same spot on the map. For instance, Peter Griffin is in Snooty Steppes, Montague is in Grand Glacier, Valeria is in Reckless Railways, Nisha is in Fencing Fields, and Oscar is in Lavish Lair. If you see an orange or gold circle on the map, it means another player nearby has a medallion. You can defeat that player to take their medallion for yourself.

Fortnite
