Epic Games developed an online video game, Fortnite, released in 2017. Fortnite is available in three distinct game mode versions: Fortnite Save the World, Fortnite Battle Royale, and Fortnite Creative. These three game modes use the same game engine and general play with similar graphics, mechanics, and art assets. Fortnite Save the World is a player-versus-player environment of a cooperative game where four players fight off zombie-like creatures and defend against objects with traps and fortifications can build. Fortnite Battle Royale is a player-versus-player game in which up to 100 players fight to stand till the end of the game. Fortnite Creative is a game mode in which players are given complete freedom to create games, race courses, platforming challenges, and battle arenas. Fortnite Battle Royale and Fortnite Creative game modes are free-to-play, while Fortnite Save the World is pay-to-play.

Fortnite Update v24.20 Released
Battle from Above: ODM Gear
Fortnite has added a new gear called the Omni-Directional Mobility (ODM) Gear. This gear can be retrieved from the ground, chests, and Scout Regiment Footlockers. The ODM Gear allows players to grapple in the air and strike opponents from above. After attacking with the built-in blades, players can immediately boost back into the air to grapple elsewhere or hover and execute another attack. Players can also try their skills at knocking down Titan Targets on the Island.
Fight Explosively: Thunder Spears
Thunder Spears are arm-launched rockets that are designed to penetrate armored structures and detonate to damage enemies on both sides. Like the ODM Gear, Thunder Spears can be retrieved from the ground, chests, and Scout Regiment Footlockers.
Jaeger’s Family Basement
Jaeger’s Family Basement is a new location that has appeared on the Island. However, the exact location of this new nook in Anvil Square is a secret that players will need to discover on their own.
Unlock the Eren Jaeger Outfit in the Battle Pass
The Eren Jaeger Outfit is now unlockable in the Battle Pass. Players can complete the Eren Jaeger Battle Pass Quests in Battle Royale Chapter 4 Season 2 to unlock the Outfit along with other items like the Eren’s Faceoff Spray, Titan Strike Pickaxe, and more.
The Special Operations Squad Squads Up
Eren Jaeger is not alone in Fortnite. Two other members of the Special Operations Squad, Captain Levi and Mikasa Ackermann, are also available in the Item Shop. Fans can purchase their Outfits and more. The Captain Levi Outfit comes with the Transformation Serum Back Bling, while the Mikasa Ackermann Outfit comes with the Ore Light Back Bling. Players can also represent their regiment with pride with the new Regiment Cloak Back Bling.
