High School Student Suspended

According to media reports, a Catholic high school student from St. Joseph's Catholic High School in Canada has been first suspended and then charged for subsidizing gender binarism. Sixteen-year-old Josh Alexander was suspended from St. Joseph’s Catholic High School this week in Renfrew, Ontario, for opposing transgender individuals' usage of bathrooms and stating that God made only two genders. The leadership of the school notified Alexander that his constant attendance would be destructive to the physical and cognitive well-being of transgender students. The teenager tweeted that Ontario police charged and arrested him after he endeavored to attend class in infringement of an exclusion order following his suspension from the school.

The school indicted Alexander of denying to use of transgender students' chosen terms and told them he could only bear to school if he consented to sit out two classes heeded by trans students, who encountered his opinions offensive. Alexander's lawsuit is being supported by Liberty Coalition Canada, a group whose authority lawyers articulate his task to 'seek righteousness, enable truth, and support the rule of law, is implanted in his Christian belief.'James S.M. Kitchen, the head litigator, reported to the school principal on January 6 stating that forcing Alexander to refute his religious beliefs was intolerance. A lawyer depicting Alexander stated that the school won’t let him attend classes again until he compromises “not to use the ‘dead name’ of any transgender student and consented to exclude himself from his two-afternoon classes because those classes are attended by two transgender students who dislike of Josh’s spiritual beliefs.”
