Read the Dossiers:

  • Access the dossiers in the Notes category of your inventory to read them and fulfill the optional objective of reading the dossiers.

  • Head to the elevator from where you met Imogene and ride it to the Lobby. Exit the building and cross town to reach the Astral Lounge in the large Trade Tower building on the other end of the street.
