Complete Victim of Circumstance in Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth with These Steps

Players need to start them as part of the sideline quest which can be done by traveling to the Cosmo Canyon village. This quest can be obtained by locating the community board notice where players get to know about the objective of the quest to locate and kill the fiend.

To locate the fiend:

• Players need to have the vibro detector to detect these fiends which can be brought on the Moogle Emporium. Players need to have three Moogle Medals to buy them, these medals can be found on the boxes of the Intel towers.   
• Now use the Vibro detector and use the emitting waves to locate the fiend. First, it will run in the direction of the south. When you reach there it will escape. 
• Then, it will run in the northwest direction and will go away, but this time trigger three enemy spawns namely two desert sahagins and one stone golem. Players first need to kill desert sahagins and then focus on the stone golem.
• In the final location fiend can be killed by the ice-type moves as it is weak to them. Finally, the quest can be completed. 

Victim of Circumstance in Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth

In Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth, there's a special mission called Victim of Circumstance. You can do this mission when you reach Chapter 12. You can find it in a place called Cosmo Canyon. To get around, you need a Chocobo named Aponi who can glide.
