Ho-Oh Evolution in the Indigo Disk
In the Pokémon Scarlet and Violet Indigo Disk DLC, Ho-Oh is a Legendary Pokémon, and it does not have any known evolutions. Ho-Oh is a majestic Fire/Flying-type Pokémon with impressive base stats. At level 50, its stats include 106 HP, 130 Attack, 90 Defense, 110 Special Attack, 154 Special Defense, and 90 Speed, totaling 680. Players can encounter and catch Ho-Oh in the southwest part of the Paldea region near Alfornada. However, Ho-Oh does not evolve into any other Pokémon in the Indigo Disk DLC.

The Ho-Oh Treat is a reward for completing Blueberry Quests (BBQs). Snacksworth provides different treats for different Legendaries. Keep completing BBQs and talking to Snacksworth until you receive the Ho-Oh Treat.
No, Ho-Oh is a one-time static encounter in the Pokémon Scarlet and Violet Indigo Disk DLC. You can catch only one Ho-Oh in the southwest part of Paldea.
The encountered Ho-Oh will be at level 70 in the southwest part of the Paldea region. It's also Shiny-locked, so you won't find a Shiny version during this encounter.
Start at Alfornada and head east, progressing through South Province (Area Six) until you reach South Province (Area Four), where Ho-Oh awaits on a grassy plateau overlooking the South Paldean Sea.
