Inn of the Town:
To progress the story, you'll need to visit the "Humble Boast" inn, located inside a ship to the southeast of town. Before that, take some time to explore the town.
Open-Air Merchants:
To the right of the Item Merchant, there's an "Item Merchant" who sells various items, including a valuable recipe for Papillotte.
Weapon Merchant:
Next to the Item Merchant is a "Weapon Merchant," but you won't find any new weapons here.
Exploration:
Climb the stairs to the north and explore the wooden walkways. Head left to find a chest with Pirate Garb.
Hidden Chest:
Continue north from the stairs to find a ladder. Climb it, head south, and locate a hidden chest with a Shiny Pearl.

In one of the houses, you'll find a unique mini-game called "Chump's Chests." Pay 5G to pick a chest and try to win 10G or 2G. If you win five times, you receive another Rainbow Conch.
Restaurant:
In the upper left (northwest) part of town, you'll find "The Golden Pelican" restaurant. You'll need a reservation to enter.
Hidden Room:
Climb a box, move it to reach a hidden room with another chest containing a Rainbow Conch.
Climbing and Parkour:
Climb the stairs, cross the wooden bridge, and enter the side of the building. Move a box, climb it, and access a hidden room with a Rainbow Conch.
Power Belt:
Head north from the chest to find a rope leading southeast. Cross it to reach a chest with a Power Belt.
Arcane Amulet:
Continue southeast and use parkour to reach a chest with an Arcane Amulet, boosting magic defense by +10.
Bonus Spin Roulette:
Visit the minigame house called "Bonus Spin Roulette." Pay 10G to guess a number and win Question Pack #2 or use the outside man to obtain the correct number for 90 gold.
Picnic Basket:
On a rooftop southeast of the BS Roulette House, you'll find a picnic basket with Grains x9.
Beach Exploration:
Head to the southeast beach area, where you can find Seafood x6 and a Rainbow Conch from the kids.
Hidden Merchant:
Swim under the dock to the south where you met the pirates, then go north to find a Hidden Merchant. You'll need the "Trader's Signet" to buy or sell items here.
Fishing Quest:
To the southwest on the beach, talk to the boy and his dad fishing. Give them 40 filets to receive another Rainbow Conch.
Meeting the Pirates Again:
Head to the Inn (the ship in the southeast), and interact with Garl. Proceed northwest for a cutscene and continue the story.
Pirate's Apology:
As you try to leave, the pirates will feel remorse and give you items for the Wheels Game if you wish to play.
