  • Initially, launch the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
  • Now, click the name of your AirPods, below your Apple ID banner. 
  • Next, click Bluetooth, and then click the 'i' icon next to your AirPods in the list.
  • Now, scroll down to the bottom of the menu and then tap Forget this Device.
  • Here, make sure that both the AirPods are in their charging case and that the case has charged.
  • Now, identify the small button on the back of the case, which will be near the bottom. It will be flush with the case and the same color.
  • Then, open the charging case lid.
  • Now, tap and hold the button on the back of the case for a minimum of 15 seconds. 
  • Here, if you use a first-generation or non-wireless second-generation AirPods charging case, the internal light of the case between the AirPods will flash white and then show that the AirPods have reset. 
  • If you use a Wireless Charging Case for AirPods Pro, AirPods 2, or AirPods 3, you will find this light on the front of the case.
  • Next, lock or close the lid of your AirPods case and then open it up again.
  • Then, clasp the AirPods case with an open lid, which is there next to your iPhone or iPad. Your iOS device must sense the AirPods and then you may notice a popup to connect them.
  • If the above steps don't fix the issue, then attempt to reset your iPhone's network settings. For that,
  • Initially, launch the Settings app and then choose General.
  • In that, choose Reset and then select Reset Network Settings. 

Now, attempt to re-pair your AirPods by redoing the steps mentioned above.

1) If you can’t hear sound in one AirPod, then you may use the below steps to fix the issue. 

  • Once, check that your charging case is fully charged.
  • Next, keep both your AirPods in your charging case and allow them to charge for 30 seconds.
  • Then, unlock or open the charging case, beside your iPhone or iPad.
