How to Get The Ember Armor Set in Tears Of The Kingdom?

The set known as Ember Armor comprises three components: the Ember Shirt, Ember Trousers, and Ember Headdress.

Ember Shirt

To obtain the Ember Shirt, venture into the Goronbi River Cave situated at coordinates (1415, 2108, 0287), which lies between the Golow River and the Goronbi River, southwest of Goron City. On the map, you can spot the cave entrance at the southern point of the river, facing west. Although there are enemies in the vicinity, you can simply ignore them and make your way inside.

However, prior to entering the cave, ensure that you possess the Flamebreaker Armor, which can be acquired at YunoboCo HQ. Upon entering, you will encounter a Horriblin right away. It is worth noting that employing Recall is highly advantageous as it allows you to deflect boulders thrown by these creatures, as well as execute long-range attacks that cause them to fall from the ceiling.

Once you progress further into the cave, you will come across a small river of lava. Moving platforms will appear from the right side, enabling you to traverse the cave. You will notice a chest containing a ruby within your field of vision. Continue moving towards the right, utilizing the moving rock platforms.

At this point, the platforms will move in the opposite direction of Link. However, by using Recall, you can change their direction, which will prove useful when facing the wall of lava ahead. Exercise caution as you proceed, for a Like Like creature awaits you. As always, wait for the enemy to expose its tongue, and then strike it to stun it momentarily. Afterward, you will need to cross the river of lava once more. Another rock platform should naturally come your way.

In case it doesn't, employ the Ultrahand to grab one, and position it on the second river, which will carry you deeper into the cave. You are almost there. As soon as you emerge on the other side, take the first right turn you encounter, which requires some climbing. This path will lead you to the treasure room. Once inside, open the chest and claim the Ember Shirt. This piece of armor provides 2 defense and imbues your attacks with fire when in high-temperature environments.

Ember Trousers

To obtain the Ember Trousers, venture into Cephla Lake Cave located at coordinates (2591, 1332, 0153). This cave is situated west of Cephla Lake, northwest of Zora's Domain, and south of Death Mountain. As you approach, you will notice smoke from a campfire. Two individuals stand near the entrance, and you must speak to them in order to gain permission to enter the cave. This initiates the "Misko's Cave of Chests" side quest.

Once inside, you will find a refreshing absence of enemies. True to the name of the quest, the cave is filled with numerous chests. However, most of them contain a single rupee upon opening, which isn't particularly helpful. The chest you seek is actually lodged in the ground, requiring the use of the Ultrahand to retrieve it.

Direct your attention to the chest slightly left of the cave's center and toward the back wall, as indicated in the provided screenshot. To the left of the brightbloom seed on the wall serves as a reference point for the correct chest. Open it to acquire the Ember Trousers. This armor piece provides 2 defense and infuses your attacks with fire in high-temperature environments.

Ember Headdress

The location of the Ember Armor headpiece, called the Ember Headdress, is inside the YunoboCo HQ South Cave. The cave is located north of Goron City and west of Death Mountain. Specifically, you can find it at the coordinates (1713, 2719, 0403). If you look at the map, it is situated next to the mine cart tracks that connect Goron City with YunoboCo HQ.

The cave is southeast of the HQ itself and positioned between Darunia Lake and Golow River horizontally. To enter the cave and obtain the Ember Headdress, you will need the Flamebreaker Armor. Once inside, you will encounter two Horriblins. You can use the Recall ability to return any rocks they throw at you and attack them from a distance using your bow.

In the cave, on the right side, there is a rock wall that you can destroy either with a bomb flower or any weapons fused with a rock. If you need a new rock, there are a few nearby. Proceed inside and you'll find a Zonai car missing two wheels. One of the wheels is on the ground, and the other is stuck in the inner wall of the room.

To retrieve the Ember Headdress, hop over the car, grab the lever to move it, and cross the pool of lava to reach the other side. After a short trip, hop off where two luminous stone ores are located. Open the chest there to acquire the Ember Headdress. This headpiece provides 2 defense and adds fire to your attacks when you are in high-temperature environments, such as the cave where it is found. That's all for the Ember Armor set.
