The second place to respec becomes available as you progress through the main story to Chapter VII.
You'll need to explore the Grand Exhibition thoroughly and defeat its final boss to earn a key.
Once you have the key, head to the Grand Exhibition Conference Room Stargazer and backtrack into the Grand Exhibition.
Go up the stairs and take a right to return to the gardens. There, you'll find a large green door that the key can open.
Inside, you'll discover a new Stargazer and a massive Saintess of Mercy Statue. Approach the statue to respec your character.
Regardless of where you choose to respec, you'll have the opportunity to adjust your Ergo levels, P-Organ allocations, and Legion Arm upgrades. To do this, you'll need to spend Gold Coin Fruits. However, it's important to note that each time you respec, it will cost you more Gold Coin Fruits. Therefore, it's wise to ensure you have an ample supply of these special fruits, which you can obtain from the Gold Coin Fruit Tree.
