  • Create a post or reel on your Instagram app.
  • After that, tap the “Advanced settings” option. 
  • Tap “Schedule” from the list.
  • Now you need to select the date and time. (You can schedule your posts and reels for up to 75 days)
  • After selecting the date and time, tap “Done”.
  • Now you need to tap the “Schedule” option. 

Your reel or post will be scheduled after completing these steps. Remember, the daily scheduling limit is 25 posts. 

Scheduling Instagram Posts Using Meta Creator Studio

If you are using a computer, you can use Meta Creator Studio to schedule your Instagram posts. Follow these steps to schedule your posts:
