Margera was unfit to breathe on his own and was set on a ventilator on Dec. 9. Bam Margera conveyed the news of his current health scare when he seated down with his Jackass buddy Steve-O on the latter's podcast Wild Ride! "He was pronounced dead on Dec. 8," Bam Margera revealed Steve-O. "Did not know that he had COVID and his body was shutting down. he went into four seizures, each one staying 10 to 20 minutes. And on the fourth one, he bit his tongue so difficult it was almost fallen off. It got so swollen and puffy that it wouldn't suit in his mouth. And he was sipping the infected blood, which gave him pneumonia as well."
