These unique items are available in Act 2 during the early stages of the Ruined Era arc. Teleport into the bleak future and progress until you reach the Last Refuge, which serves as a hub area and features an NPC for skill point respecs.
Meet Elder Erza and Acquire the Sidequest:
In the Last Refuge, locate Elder Erza, who offers a sidequest named Erza's Ledger. Accept the quest from Elder Erza to begin the process.
Retrieve Erza's Ledger:
Follow the quest instructions to reach Erza's Library, marked on your map. Navigate through the area, eliminating cultists and void monsters. Collect Erza's ledger from the designated location within the library.
Return to the Council Chamber:
After obtaining the ledger, make your way back to the Council Chamber within the Last Refuge.
Choose Between Avarice and Gambler's Fallacy:
