1. Inside the House on Elysion Boulevard
Toma (Part 1): Find the lit window with a woman coughing. Speak to her to accept her quest.
Weeping Woman: After speaking to Toma, go back up the ladder, and look for another lit window with a weeping woman. Speak to her and accept her quest to find her "baby." Return to her after defeating an elite puppet to complete the quest.
Toma (Part 2): After defeating the Scrapped Watchman boss, grab the Faded Whistle from the bench in the arena. Return to Toma and use the Faded Whistle from your Collectibles to complete the quest.
2. Venigni Works Control Room
Venigni: Talk to Venigni next to the Stargazer. He asks you to find his butler puppet, Pulcinella. Defeat King's Flame, Fuoco, and interact with the broken puppet inside the boss arena. Then, return to Venigni to complete the quest and receive the Fear gesture.
3. St. Frangelico Cathedral Library
Sister Cecile: Find a nun at the St. Frangelico Cathedral Library stargazer. Accept her quest to retrieve the Archbishop's Holy Mark recollection item.
