As already said Baldurs Gate 3 Lift the Shadow Curse is a quest, To complete the "Lift the Shadow Curse" quest in Baldur's Gate 3, follow these steps:
Speak to Halsin at the Last Light Inn after starting the side quest "Wake up Art Cullagh." Mention Art's mutterings to Halsin, and he will ask you to meet him at the Inn to investigate the matter.
Once you've successfully woken up Art, he will provide a clue about Thaniel's whereabouts.
Head to the lakeshore just north of the Last Light Inn and locate Halsin. Prepare for a battle as the conversation with Halsin triggers a massive fight.
