1. Breaking the Rules
After clearing the Tower of Penance, return to the Manse of the Hallowed Brothers and go to the small garden. You'll meet Stomund, Captain of the Fidelis. If you haven't talked to him before, he'll mention that men were forbidden in the Abbey of the Hallowed Sisters. Due to the ongoing chaos in Mournstead, Stomund is willing to break these rules, believing that Judge Cleric is unaware of the sacrilegious acts of the Hallowed Sentinels. You, as a male character, share this path.
2. The Path to the Abbey
Head upstairs towards a broken bridge and proceed through a tunnel. As you exit the tunnel, you'll encounter a Sin Piercer and her Radiant Hounds. At the end of the path lies a Seething Vigor Skull. To the left, there's a Stigma that you can interact with if you switch to Umbral form. You'll witness a sentinel refusing entry to someone in the name of Judge Cleric.
3. Turned Away by Abbess Ursula
You'll find yourself in a large courtyard guarded by Abbess Ursula. She'll immediately attack with Radiant lasers, so quickly close in to engage her and avoid her ranged attacks. Abbess Ursula also uses melee attacks and Radiant thorns, so dodge her thorns and strike when you have an opening. Defeating her rewards you with the Abbess Staff, Weeping Abbess Mitre, and a Vestige Seed.
4. Ascending Further
Proceed upstairs, and if necessary, transition to Umbral form to deal with the Enhanced Accusing Spirit. You'll find valuable items such as Large Manastone Clusters and Ammunition Satchels. You'll also discover hidden shortcuts for easier navigation.
5. Unraveling the Secrets
As you delve deeper into the Abbey, you'll encounter various challenges, enemies, and hidden items. Pay attention to using Umbral form, engage in puzzles that involve activating platforms, and unveil the secrets concealed within the Abbey.
6. The Rune of Adyr: A Confrontation Awaits
Upon reaching a large hall, you'll discover the Rune of Adyr, which initiates a boss battle with the formidable Rapturous Huntress of the Dusk. This battle requires precise tactics to overcome this challenging adversary.
7. Two Against One with the Rapturous Huntress
The fight against the Rapturous Huntress is relatively straightforward. She has a variety of spear and shield attacks. You can interrupt her attacks with well-timed strikes. When her health drops to about 60%, she'll become empowered with Radiance, enhancing her attacks. Continue to stagger her and take advantage of the opportunity to deal damage. The Iron Wayfarer may join you for the fight if you've progressed his questline.
8. To The Empyrean
Explore the upper levels of the hall and pick up items, including the Lacerating Weapon Spell. Head outside to face more enemies, and don't forget to use Umbral form to interact with Stigmas. You'll encounter Pieta and a sentinel discussing the corruption's effects on Mournstead. Finally, enter the lower floor of The Empyrean.
Follow these steps to navigate through the "Abbey of The Hallowed Sisters" in "Lords of the Fallen." Good luck on your journey!
Lords of the Fallen Gameplay
Lords of the Fallen is an action-packed role-playing video game that immerses you in a third-person perspective. Just like its predecessor, it offers a choice between melee weapons and magic for taking on adversaries, drawing inspiration from the challenging combat found in Soulslike games. You can even team up with a friend to tackle the game's campaign cooperatively and engage in player-versus-player multiplayer battles for some extra excitement.
As you kick off your adventure, you'll have the chance to craft your own unique character, selecting from a variety of character classes. The game world is expansive, considerably larger than the 2014 version, and it's particularly intriguing because it blends two realms: Axiom, the realm of the living, and Umbral, the realm of the dead, which you can traverse using a mystical lantern. Despite sharing the same space, accessibility varies between these two worlds, adding a layer of depth and strategy.
When your character meets their demise, they'll find themselves in Umbral, needing to return to Axiom to recover their lost experience points. But if you perish in Umbral, you'll restart at your last savepoint and lose any unspent experience points. Savepoints are relatively rare in each region, but you have the option to craft your own using materials gathered from Umbral creatures, making your choices and tactics pivotal in this captivating interconnected game world.
