After graduating as the salutatorian from Valley View High School in Archbald in 1995, she went on to pursue her undergraduate studies at Florida State University.
Her thirst for exploration took her on adventures to Australia, Bali, Lombok, Fiji, Singapore, and Thailand. Meredith obtained her medical degree from the University of Florida and completed her Family Practice Residency at MAHEC in Asheville, NC.
