  • Triggered mode: 

• This occurs when both ears are pinched for 5 seconds, making the Toniebox seek Wi-Fi instead of playing Tonies.

  • Solution steps:

    • Remove Tonies: 

  • Take out any Tonies currently on the Toniebox.

    • Ear pinch: 

  • Pinch and hold both ears of the Toniebox for about 5 seconds until you hear an audio signal.

    • LED status: 

  • The LED should flash green a few times before becoming a solid green light.

    • Ready to play: 

  • Once the light is solid green, your Toniebox should be ready to play Tonies again!
