Outlast Trials Kill the Snitch Walkthrough
Embark on a challenging journey in The Outlast Trials with the "Kill the Snitch" trial, where survival takes center stage. This initial mission throws you into a perilous situation, tasking you with eliminating the snitch while evading the relentless Ex-Pop agents within the Police Station.
Getting Started:
As you commence the trial, take a moment to collect throwables and medicine before things intensify. Be cautious around boobytrapped doors, marked by red lights, and avoid unnecessary damage. Your objective is to reach the Security Room, and teamwork can provide a shortcut over the Security Room wall.
Navigating the Security Room:
Upon reaching the Security Room, sneak past enemies or use throwables wisely. Circumvent the Climber and reach the revolving doors on the opposite side of the Security Room to complete this phase.
Powering the Generators:
Venture into the basement through the Underground Parking, locate the Shower Room, and gather fuel for the generators. Be prepared for enemy encounters as you pour fuel, flip switches, and skillfully start the power to illuminate the building.
Opening the Gates:
Pushing the snitch becomes a challenging task, introducing enemies like Grunts, Climbers, Pushers, and the formidable Leland Coyle. Use cover strategically, hide in dark rooms, and solve clues from televisions to unlock gates strategically placed throughout the area.
Key Hunt and Unlocked Gates:
Search for keys in areas like Reception, dark rooms behind Laboratory, Detective Rooms, and Administration. Be cautious of enemies, especially the Screamer, and use the safe outside area to navigate between locations.
Electrocuting the Snitch:
The final objective involves electrocuting the snitch, triggering the appearance of Leland Coyle. Manage your stamina, lure Coyle away by using levers, and repeat the process until the "electrocute the snitch" bar is filled. Conclude the trial by running back to the Holding Cells, past the Security Room, and through the initial Jail door. Whether facing Coyle head-on or using throwables, escape the area and call for the shuttle to mark the completion of the intense "Kill the Snitch" walkthrough in The Outlast Trials.
The Outlast Trials Gameplay
"The Outlast Trials" offers an immersive survival horror experience played from a first-person perspective. Whether facing the chilling challenges alone or teaming up with friends in four-player cooperative multiplayer, players are in for a suspenseful ride. The game introduces a variety of tasks that players must complete while navigating through an environment filled with monstrous enemies.
A distinctive feature of the gameplay is the inclusion of four character classes, each with its unique abilities and skill trees. These abilities range from seeing through walls, healing teammates, placing mines, to throwing devices that temporarily stun enemies. This diversity in character classes allows players to strategize and adapt their approach to the challenges they encounter. To enhance visibility in dimly lit areas, players are equipped with a pair of night-vision goggles.
However, these come with a challenge - they require regular recharging using a scarce battery resource. The limited availability of resources adds an extra layer of tension, encouraging players to make strategic decisions about when and where to use their equipment. In the world of "The Outlast Trials," players can interact with their surroundings by picking up various useful objects, such as anti-psychotic drugs, lockpicks, and healing items.
