Payday 3 is a new video game created by Starbreeze Studios and published by Deep Silver. It's the third game in the Payday series, following Payday 2. The game came out on September 21, 2023.

Payday 3 picks up after the events of Payday 2. The original group of heisters, like "Dallas," "Chains," "Wolf," and "Hoxton," have gone their separate ways, leaving their life of crime behind. However, something brings them back into the world of heists. There are also two new characters, "Joy" from Payday 2 and a completely new character named "Pearl." Most of the action happens in New York, with one mission set in the "Gold & Sharke Incorporated" bank. The game's time period is in the 2020s, introducing new elements like advanced surveillance and the influence of cryptocurrency.

The game's development was announced in May 2016 by Starbreeze Studios, and it was created by Overkill Software. In March 2021, Plaion committed a substantial amount of money to support the game's development, including a year and a half of updates after the release. Payday 3 was built using Unreal Engine 4 but will later be upgraded to Unreal Engine 5. A teaser trailer called "A New Criminal Dawn" was released on January 1, 2023, giving a first look at the game.

To gain access to the required code, begin by locating the Server Room on the second floor. Its exact position may vary between different heists, but generally, it's tucked away in one of the far corners of the second floor, accessible from the main staircase. Typically, you'll find the Server Room adjacent to the Bank Manager's room, either on the left or right side. The Bank Manager's room is strategically positioned opposite the stairs in the center of the floor, providing a reference point to navigate from.

Payday 3 Gold Sharke Bank Heist Guide

Reach the Second Floor at Gold & Sharke Bank in Payday 3:

• The second floor gate of Gold & Sharke Bank is not initially accessible. Your first task is to unlock it using a red keycard.
• The red keycard is found in one of the offices at the corners of the building. The keycard is never in the Human Resources office, but hacking a computer in that office will reveal its location.
• Once you have the keycard, use it to open the gate leading to the second floor, providing access to important administrative offices and the vault.

Reach the Vault at Gold & Sharke Bank in Payday 3:

• To open the door to the vault lobby, you need a passcode. Hack the computer in the server room at the front of the bank to obtain the codes.
• Access a computer in one of the two rear offices during the hack to resume progress.
• Enter the correct code from the hack into the keypad to open the vault door. If the alarm triggers, you'll need to use a different method to hack the keypad.

Open the Vault Quietly at Gold & Sharke Bank in Payday 3:

• Disable the lasers to reach the vault. Hack a nearby electrical panel to identify which electrical switch to flip on an electrical panel.
• Locate and activate four electrical panels placed randomly on the second floor. Flip the correct switch shown on the panel near the vault door.
• Obtain the blue keycard from the bank manager, then use it to enter his office. Retrieve the cash on his desk and access his computer to initiate the process to unlock the vault.

Open the Vault Using the Thermal Lance at Gold & Sharke Bank in Payday 3:

• If the alarm goes off, use a thermal lance to burn through the vault door.
• Assemble the thermal lance using the three dropped parts and fuel it with oxygen canisters found in the bank. Replace the canister if it runs out during the burning process.
• Open the vault door once the burning process is complete.

 Escape With the Bank Server at Gold & Sharke Bank in Payday 3:

• Inside the vault, pick the locks on the cages to access Patricia Sharke's private server behind a wooden panel under the counter.
• Bag the server and all the cash in the vault for escape.
• Depending on whether the alarm has been triggered or not, escape to the parking garage or the roof to secure your loot and complete the heist.
