To successfully complete the No Rest for the Wicked heist in Payday 3 without triggering any alarms, follow these steps:
Preparation
Before you put on your mask and start the mission, survey the bank and its surroundings to identify the locations of guards and cameras. On Normal difficulty, there are usually five guards in the following areas:
Infiltration
While you're still unmasked, use the parking lot entrance to access the bank's private areas. Lockpick the gate on the right, then head upstairs. You can either cut open a window or go up to the roof and descend the stairs.
Keycard Acquisition
Your objective now is to find a red keycard, which is necessary for progressing further. Two keycards are available in the heist and are carried by patrolling guards within the private areas. You can obtain these keycards by either eliminating the guards or pickpocketing them. A clever tactic is to allow a guard to catch you while you're unmasked, as he will escort you to a public area, giving you the opportunity to pickpocket the keycard from his back pocket. Power Shutdown

Vault Code Retrieval
The vault code can be found on the manager's computer, located opposite the meeting room. Interact with the PC to receive four different codes. Return to the vault keypad.
Code Entry
Examine the keypad for fingerprints under a blacklight. By process of elimination, use the revealed fingerprints to determine the correct code. For example, if one of the possible codes is "6139," and there are no fingerprints on the number 6, it won't be the correct code.
Dye Pack Disabling
Now that you're inside the vault, you'll need to disable the dye packs on the money bags. There are usually eight money bags, and they are rigged with timers. You can only disable around 4-5 of them before they explode and taint the money. If you're playing solo, you may need to secure more bags.
Secure the Money Bags
Once you've disabled the dye packs, transport the money bags to the van, which can be located in either the parking lot or on the street. If you've tied up all the civilians, it will be easier to move the bags to the parking lot.
Be Cautious on the Street
If the van is on the street, be extra cautious to avoid alerting civilians walking by, as it's easier to trigger the alarm in this area.
Mission Completion
Once you've secured enough money bags in the van, an escape zone will appear, signaling the successful completion of the mission.
