Pokemon Sleep Gameplay
In Pokémon Sleep, you play by tracking your sleep using your phone's microphone and accelerometer. The goal is to sleep longer and better to earn rewards. You can also use a device called Pokémon Go Plus+ to help track your sleep and remind you when it's bedtime.
When you start playing, Professor Neroli gives you a Snorlax to take care of. You can feed Snorlax berries and meals throughout the day to make it stronger. The stronger Snorlax gets, the more types of Pokémon it can attract. As Snorlax's rank increases, you'll start to see rarer Pokémon after you sleep.
After each sleep, you get a report on how well you slept. Your sleep is categorized into three types: Dozing, Snoozing, and Slumbering. Based on your sleep type and how much noise you made, you get a Sleep Score. This score is then multiplied by Snorlax's score to give you a final Drowsy Power. The higher your Drowsy Power, the more Pokémon you'll attract.
Pokémon in the game also have different sleep types: Dozing, Snoozing, and Slumbering. Depending on your sleep type, you'll attract that type of Pokémon. You can feed these Pokémon PokéBiscuits to become friends with them. If you become good enough friends, they'll join you and help you collect berries and ingredients.
