Quinn Tucker Ewers spent his formative years in Southlake, Texas, where he attended Carroll Senior High School. During his time there, he not only excelled in football, playing under coach Riley Dodge, but also had a background in baseball.
As a sophomore, Ewers showcased his football talent by completing an impressive 291 of 402 passes for 3,998 yards, including 45 touchdowns with just three interceptions. His skills helped lead Southlake Carroll to the Texas 6A Division I quarterfinals, although they were defeated by Duncanville.
Despite facing an injury setback during his junior season, Ewers still managed to accumulate 2,442 passing yards and 28 touchdowns in eight games, as his team reached the 6A Division I Texas State Championship Game, ultimately losing to Westlake High School.

Heading into his senior year, Quinn Ewers was highly regarded by numerous recruiting outlets as the top overall recruit in the 2022 class.
