- Enter the ship and make your way to the control room to pick up the captain's cabin key.
- Use the key to unlock the captain's cabin and pick up the D-Series arm.
- Exit the cabin and use the arm to open the door leading to the next area.
- In the next area, avoid or defeat the Molded enemies and find the elevator to take you to the next level.
- On the next level, use the corrosive to dissolve the door blocking the path.
- In the new area, find the door with the green light and use the D-Series arm to open it.
- In the next room, avoid or defeat the Molded enemies and pick up the power cable.
- Use the power cable to activate the elevator and ride it to the next area.

- After the boss fight, follow the path to find a save point and a ladder leading up.
- Climb up the ladder to find a way out of the mines and complete the level.
Finale
- At the finale level, reach the final boss fight with Eveline.
