Snowrunner 

SnowRunner is a video game released in 2020 where players control off-road vehicles to complete tasks. Developed by Saber Interactive and published by Focus Home Interactive, it follows the games Spintires and MudRunner. Originally announced as MudRunner 2 in 2018, it was later revealed as SnowRunner in 2019. The game was initially released for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One in April 2020, followed by a Nintendo Switch port in May 2021. 

It then became available for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S in May 2022. SnowRunner offers over 60 vehicles and more than 15 locations for players to explore. Additional content is available through three anniversary year editions as DLC. A sequel titled Expeditions: A MudRunner Game is set to release on March 5th, 2024.

Fixes and improvements:

• Fixed the bug where some trucks disappeared from the ‘Truck Storage’ on the accounts without purchased “Jack of All Treads Tire Pack” DLC pack
• Fixed the bug where the quantity of the ‘stock’ tires increased when changing the tires of ‘Jack of All Treads Tire Pack’ DLC pack without money compensation
• Fixed the bug where any truck disappeared in the Garage after installing truck with purchased DLC tires in the Garage slot and turned off the ‘Jack of All Treads Tire Pack’ DLC pack
• Fixed the bug with the random complete disappearance of engine sounds during gameplay on PS5
• Fixed the bug where the green check mark was not displayed in the ‘Regional Progress’ tab after completing the ‘It’s All Connected 1’ contract in the ‘Global Map’ menu
• Fixed the bug with losing the progress after starting the game after North Carolina update on MacOS
• Fixed the bug where the Garage slot for FEMM-37-AT remained locked in the Truck Store even though it was unlocked in the game
• Fixed the bug where the truck freeze with the ‘Prototype Exploration Unit’ trailer after it was delivered and packaged at the ‘A Bad Connection’ contract
• Fixed multiple crashes on Xbox
• Localization fixes

Snowrunner Gameplay

SnowRunner is a video game where players take on the role of delivering cargo, completing construction projects, and making repairs in challenging off-road environments. Set in rural regions of North America and Russia after various disasters, players must navigate rough terrain using a variety of vehicles. As they complete missions, they earn money to upgrade their vehicles or purchase new ones, making it easier to tackle the terrain. 

Each region has its own story tied to the disaster it faced, and players encounter optional timed missions for extra rewards. The game also offers customization options, allowing players to change vehicle aesthetics and mechanics, such as color, tires, and attachments. SnowRunner features a wide selection of trucks, with North American trucks being officially licensed and Russian trucks having unique names. DLCs for the game include skin packs, map expansions, and additional vehicles.
