Starfield Ryujin Industries Questline Walkthrough

Arrival in Neon:

Start by landing on Volii Alpha in the Volii system, specifically in the bustling city of Neon. As soon as you arrive in this major settlement, you'll receive a quest known as "Back to the Grind."

Navigation:

Depart from the Spaceport Terminal, turning left, and make your way down the primary thoroughfare of the city. Continue until you reach the far end of this bustling main street.

Ryujin Industries Terminal:

At the end of the street, you'll come across a prominent Ryujin Industries terminal. This is where you can formally submit your application for a "Work Experience" opportunity.

Application Process:

Upon interacting with the terminal, you'll be presented with a series of questions inquiring about your suitability for Ryujin Industries. Complete the questionnaire and submit your application.

Meeting with Imogene:

After submitting your application, you'll receive directions to meet Imogene Salzo. She's located on the Operations floor of Ryujin Tower, which is where you should head next.

Impression and Hiring:

Please note that Imogene may not be overly thrilled about conducting interviews herself. Typically, her colleague Yuko handles this task, but circumstances have led to Imogene taking on the role. After the interview, you'll be offered a position on a probationary basis.

First Assignment - Coffee Run:

Your initial task as a newly hired member is to procure coffee from TerraBrew Coffee for an important meeting. Approach the barista and bypass the queue for quicker service.

Encounter with Tomo:

During your coffee mission, you'll learn that Tomo, who used to handle this task, was dismissed and is not pleased with your appointment. Tomo might confront you, even pulling out a gun. At this point, you have the option to either engage in a physical altercation or attempt to persuade him to lower the weapon. If successful, Tomo hints at potential future trouble from Ryujin Industries.

Task Completion:

Irrespective of the outcome with Tomo, retrieve the TerraBrew Order from the barista and return to Imogene. She will already be aware of the situation and, impressed with your handling of it, will promote you to the rank of junior operative within Ryujin Industries.

Corporate Espionage:

As a junior operative, your role is to "add influence" whenever the company deems it necessary. You are now a part of Ryujin Industries' corporate espionage division.

Starfield Ryujin Job Application

When you enter the Ryujin Industries Kiosk, likely because you've initiated the Back to the Grind mission while exploring New Atlantis, your first step should be to select "Job Application."

If you've been to New Atlantis, you probably have the quest for this application. Just walk around the city, and you'll see the "Back to the Grind" mission in your tasks. This helps you find the Kiosk where you can submit your application. Other planets might have similar kiosks, but New Atlantis is a convenient place to do it.

Starfield

Starfield, developed and published by Bethesda Game Studios, was unveiled at Bethesda's E3 presentation in 2018. This action role-playing game is set in a space-themed environment and marks Bethesda's first new intellectual property in nearly three decades. It is slated for release on Windows and Xbox Series X/S on September 6, 2023.

Critically acclaimed, Starfield garnered positive reviews for its open-ended gameplay, combat, visuals, music, and improved technical performance compared to previous Bethesda titles. However, opinions on its story and exploration aspects were more varied among critics.

Starfield Gameplay

Starfield is an action RPG set in an open-world Milky Way galaxy with over 1,000 planets, moons, and space stations to explore. Players can switch between first-person and third-person views. The game features procedurally generated landscapes with handcrafted content, terrain, and alien life based on the planet's star and atmosphere. The largest city, New Atlantis, is massive. Players can recruit NPCs who join their crew, aid in combat, and interact with other characters.

Customization options include body type, appearance, background, and traits that affect gameplay. Characters level up in five skill trees, with various weapons and attachments available. Jetpacks aid in combat and traversal. Planets can be scanned for resources, and outposts can be built for research and crafting. Players can own and customize spaceships, trading or fighting with other NPC ships, and even boarding them.
