How to Fix Starfield Power From Beyond Quest Bug?
Go to Altair I:
Open the Starmap in the game menu, choose Altair as your destination, and go to Altair I. This will make the "Power from Beyond" quest marker appear.
Go to a Planet:
Open the game, go to the Starmap, press Missions, select Chart Course, and go to the planet without landing. Choose a landing spot you didn't create. This might help you get to the Temple.
