The Crew Motorfest

"The Crew Motorfest" is a new racing video game released in 2023. It was created by Ubisoft Ivory Tower and published by Ubisoft. You can play it on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Windows, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.

This game is a follow-up to "The Crew 2" from 2018 and is the third installment in The Crew series. It came out on September 14, 2023. The game's world is designed to resemble the Hawaiian island of Oʻahu, albeit in a smaller, scaled-down version. In this game, you can explore a vast and open environment while engaging in thrilling races and challenges.

The Crew Motorfest Gameplay

"The Crew Motorfest" takes place on a smaller version of Oʻahu, an island in Hawaii. The game revolves around a lively festival that serves as the central hub for all the exciting events. This setup is similar to the popular Forza Horizon game series. You can participate in various challenges and races, not only with cars but also with planes and boats, just like in the previous games of the series.

One significant feature of the game is called "The Playlists." As of September 2023, there are 15 different playlists, each with its own unique theme. These themes range from Vintage cars to specific brands like Lamborghini, and even special collaborations with influencers like Supercar Blondie and Donut Media.

Another favorite mode is the "Grand Race," a lengthy race lasting around 10 minutes and involving 28 online players. It's divided into three sections for different levels of racing. The routes and levels are chosen randomly, adding an element of surprise and excitement to each race.

The "Main Stage" offers a new theme every month, along with exclusive rewards available for a limited time. Throughout the month, players can engage in activities related to Revisit, Racing, or Explore to unlock the "Legend" timeline, which is filled with even more special rewards.

Weekly, a sub-theme from the main stage is used for the "Summit Contest." In this contest, players compete in nine challenges to earn points. The top 10,000 players with the most points can win exclusive prizes, including special vehicles or titles to display in-game. The player who secures the first position each week gets a special honor – their name is showcased for all players to see in the Festival Tent, where everyone starts when they load into the game.

Additionally, there's the "Custom Show," a weekly contest where players can customize their vehicles according to the "Summit Contest" theme. Other players vote for their favorite vehicle, and at the end of the week, the player with the most votes receives rewards.

The Crew Motorfest Platforms

The Crew Motorfest is accessible across a range of platforms including PlayStation 4 & 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC through Ubisoft Connect and Epic Games Store, as well as Amazon Luna. Notably, it's currently not accessible on Steam.

However, there's a slight possibility that it might become available on the Steam platform at a later date. Players should keep an eye out for any updates regarding its availability on Steam in the future.
