This Bed We Made Walkthrough

"This Bed We Made" is a game where you play as a nosy maid named Sophie who gets involved in a mystery at the Clarington Hotel. The walkthrough for this part, "Room 504 & Lobby," provides detailed instructions on what to do in the game.

Room 504:

  • Start by turning off the radio and cleaning up the room. Pick up the ashtray and place it back on the shelf. Clean the spot on the floor.
  • Make the bed by interacting with the sheet and holding the action button while dragging it up. Find a letter titled "Acknowledgment of Debt" on the dresser near the bed and a handwritten note on the dresser behind you.
  • Put away the vacuum cleaner, clean the trash, and inspect the note next to the yellow bin.
  • Ensure the pillow on the right side of the second bed is placed on the left bed.
  • Enter the bathroom (right door), clean both the toilet and the bath, and then leave the room. This triggers a cutscene where Sophie receives a call from someone named Beth.

The Lobby:

  • As you explore the lobby, you can hear Sophie's thoughts at times by pressing the corresponding on-screen button prompts.
  • Walk through the hallway, and when you enter the reception area, you'll meet Beth. You can choose different dialogue options, which may affect the depth of your investigation.
  • Gossip about Wendy and Jacques, as it opens up interesting dialogue and loosens Beth's lips.
  • Continue to the manager's office, where you can eavesdrop on Bernard's conversation with Linda. Andrew introduces himself.
  • When prompted in the dialogue, choose "Something about you" when Andrew asks. This helps build a friendly rapport.
  • Go through the white door to the right and grab a mop off the wall, finding your first of 3 spots for the "Writing's On The Wall" achievement.
  • Return to the lobby, clean up a mess by the front door, and interact with the vase. Beth will pass over a guest log.
  • Look through the ledger to find Mr. Spade's room (Room 505). Interact with the writing labeled "Room 505."
  • Make a choice related to cleaning up a mess by the restroom, which can affect an achievement, and proceed to the elevator.
  • Andrew will join you in the elevator, and you can ask questions about the guest he's delivering something to on the sixth floor.
  • You'll return to the fifth floor after this.

The walkthrough for "Room 505" is the next part, and it involves investigating Room 505.
