In the finale of the series "Unstable," Jackson and Ellis share a tender moment, only to have it cut short by an emergency board meeting. The meeting is called just after the pair successfully remove Leslie from the house. Anna warns Jackson that the meeting is likely to result in his ousting from the company. Jackson attempts to persuade Jean to cancel the meeting, but he discovers Leslie is already present, and Jean is the mastermind behind the scheme to take Ellis down. Meanwhile, Ellis has found a way to impress the board with a breakthrough in the lab. However, the possibility of Leslie accusing him of kidnapping is still looming, which could destroy his career. As the meeting approaches, Jean brings Leslie to testify against Ellis. To everyone's surprise, Leslie reveals that he stayed with Ellis willingly for a few days, which turns the tables in favor of the Dragons. This unexpected turn of events leaves Jean defeated, and Ellis and Jackson's jobs are saved
