In Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, the gameplay sticks to the familiar Pokémon format, where players capture and trade Pokémon to explore the world and engage in battles with other trainers. However, a new addition allows players to opt for battles with trainers encountered along paths.

To unlock Suicune, complete the DLC story by clearing Area Zero and catching Terapagos. After the credits, speak to Snacksworth at the entrance of Blueberry Academy, who will guide you on obtaining Suicune.
Snacksworth is located at the entrance of Blueberry Academy. After completing the DLC story, approach him, and he will initiate the Suicune encounter by assigning Solo Blueberry Quests.
Solo Blueberry Quests are missions assigned by Snacksworth. The exact number of quests needed varies, but after completing a specific amount, Snacksworth will reveal the Suicune encounter and provide a Suicune Treat.
Once you receive the Suicune Treat, head to the northwest of Paldea, on an island in Casseroya Lake. Suicune will be waiting there. Save your game before the encounter, as Suicune is a one-time static encounter.
No, Suicune is shiny-locked in the Indigo Disk DLC. Players won't be able to capture a shiny variant of Suicune, regardless of how many times they reload the game.
