The location of the Halls of the Damned is clearly marked on the map provided below. While exploring this area, it's worth keeping an eye out for Avarice, known as the Gold Cursed. He is one of the many World Bosses and typically spawns in close proximity to the destination you're heading towards. I personally made sure to defeat him during my visit.
Once inside the Halls of the Damned, your objective is to destroy the idol of the Overseer and the Seaborn Goddess. Afterward, proceed to the Sepulchrum and activate the levers found within. Finally, confront and defeat the Tomb Lord. The dungeon follows a fairly standard format in Diablo 4 and shouldn't pose too much of a challenge. There is no need for unconventional strategies or approaches to successfully complete it. Even the boss fight is manageable for well-leveled players.
