The 2023 CMT Music Awards, the only fan-voted awards show in the country music genre, will be held live at the Moody Center in Austin, Texas on April 2, 2023. Co-hosts Kelsea Ballerini and Kane Brown, along with Kane's wife Katelyn, will present the awards ceremony. Doors will open at 5:30 pm CT, and fans can enter at the East gates only. Late entry will not be allowed, and doors will close at 6:30 pm CT. The show will start at 7 pm CT. Fans can vote for their favorite artists at vote.cmt.com. CMT will also air the CMT Music Awards Extended Cut, featuring 30 minutes of new performances and bonus content on Thursday, April 6th, along with new programming as part of CMT Music Awards Week.
