Neale Francis Daniher AO (born 15 February 1961) is a former Australian rules footballer who played with the Essendon Football Club in the Australian Football League (AFL). He was later the coach of the Melbourne Football Club between 1998 and 2007 and also held coaching positions with Essendon, Fremantle, and West Coast. Daniher was born in West Wyalong, New South Wales, and played his junior football for the West Wyalong Magpies. 

Daniher played 255 games for Essendon, including 21 finals appearances. He won the club's best and fairest awards in 1984, 1986, and 1987, and was a member of Essendon's premiership teams in 1984 and 1985. He was also a member of the Australian team that won the 1987 International Rules Series.

Daniher retired from playing at the end of the 1990 season. He was appointed coach of Melbourne in 1998 and led the Demons to the preliminary final in his first season. He was sacked as coach at the end of the 2007 season.
