Migration Plot

"Migration" unfolds in a New England forest, where Mack Mallard, a worried dad, dissuades his kids, Dax and Gwen, from exploring the outside world, much to Pam, his wife's dismay. Meeting migrating ducks heading to Jamaica sparks the family's interest, but Mack remains uninterested. Pam urges Mack to open his eyes to the world, leading to a change of heart. Uncle Dan joins the family on an unexpected journey north instead of south.

Sheltering from a storm, they encounter quirky herons, Erin and Harry. Despite initial fear, the herons prove kind-hearted, saving Dax and Gwen. In New York City, Uncle Dan's antics involve the Mallards with pigeons led by Chump, but Pam's assertiveness wins Chump's favor. With the help of a caged macaw, Delroy, they venture to Jamaica, facing challenges in a duck farm and a helicopter pursuit by a chef.

Dax's bravery frees the trapped birds, and the family, with newfound unity, reaches Jamaica. Delroy reunites with friends, and the Mallards connect with a duck family. The movie ends with a hint of more adventures as penguins aim for the South Pole. "Migration" combines humor, adventure, and family bonds on this unexpected and heartwarming journey.
