Candidates who require hostel accommodation must bring a Demand Draft drawn in favor of "The Executive Warden, A.C.Tech Hostels, Anna University, Chennai - 25" at the time of admission.

Registration Process

CeGov Portal Registration

  1. New Registration:

    • Visit the CeGov Academic Gateway at auegov.ac.in/AcademicGateway
    • Click on "New Registration".
    • Enter your Application Number, Date of Birth, Admission Year, and the Mobile Number registered during the counseling process.
    • Click "Send OTP" and enter the OTP received on your mobile.
    • Set a password (8 to 15 characters, including lowercase letters, uppercase letters, numeric digits, and special characters) to access the portal.
  2. Verify Mobile Number and Email:

    • Navigate to "Registration -> Mobile Number".
    • Enter the mobile number to be registered.
    • Click "Send OTP" and verify the OTP received.
    • Similarly, register your email ID under "Registration -> e-mail".
  3. Submit Profile and Academic Data:

    • Enter and verify your profile details.
    • Enter your academic details, ensuring accuracy.
    • Upload the required documents. Note: Documents must have a resolution of 75 dpi and be clear and readable. Each document should be less than 150 KB in size. Photos should be less than 100 KB in JPEG format.
  4. Fee Payment:

    • Navigate to "Fee Payment".
    • Verify the payment particulars.
    • Choose your preferred payment gateway and complete the transaction online.
    • Upon successful payment, a receipt will be generated under your login.

Required Documents

Candidates must bring both original documents and photocopies for verification during admission. The documents required include:

  1. Fee Receipt (1 photocopy)
  2. Allotment Order (2 sets of photocopies)
  3. GATE Score Card (2 sets of photocopies)
  4. Degree Certificate and Provisional Certificate (original and 2 sets of photocopies)
  5. All Semester UG Mark Sheets (original and 2 sets of photocopies)
  6. 12th and 10th Mark Sheets (original and 2 sets of photocopies)
  7. Community Certificate (if applicable, original and 2 sets of photocopies)
  8. UG Transfer Certificate and Conduct Certificate (original and 2 sets of photocopies)
  9. Income Certificate (original and 2 sets of photocopies)
  10. Aadhaar Card (2 sets of photocopies)
  11. Medical Fitness Certificate (original)
  12. Online Anti-Ragging Form (signed by parent and candidate, original)
  13. Online Declaration Form (signed by parent and candidate, original)
  14. Online Undertaking Form (Check List, original)
  15. Nativity / Migration Certificate (if applicable, original and 2 sets of photocopies)
  16. Equivalency Certificate (if applicable, original and 2 sets of photocopies)
  17. Online Undertaking Form for Degree (original)
