AP EAMCET Counselling 2024

The APSCHE is set to announce the AP EAPCET 2024 seat allotment results today, July 16, 2024. Candidates can access the results at eapcet-sche.aptonline.in, using their AP EAMCET 2024 hall ticket number and date of birth. Seat allotment for AP EAMCET 2024 will be based on candidates' chosen preferences. AP EAMCET counselling 2024 includes registration, payment of AP EAMCET counselling fees, document verification, web options entry, seat allotment, and reporting to the college.

Step 1: Registration and Payment of Processing Fee

  1. Open the website: Go to sche.ap.gov.in and click on "EAPCET Admissions."

  2. Click on the Registration Form link.

  3. Enter details: Input your “EAPCET 2024 Hall Ticket No” and “Date of Birth.”

  4. Verify information: A registration form with your basic information will be displayed. Verify all the details:

    • If no mistakes are found, accept the declaration to proceed to the processing fee payment gateway.
    • If mistakes are found, use the option to make changes. Select “yes” from the drop-down box provided before the declaration, click on the submit button, make the necessary corrections, upload relevant document proofs online, and then accept the declaration to proceed to the payment gateway.
  5. Processing Fee:

    • Rs. 1200 for OC/BC candidates
    • Rs. 600 for SC/ST candidates
    • Pay online using a credit card, debit card, or net banking.

Step 2: Document Verification

  1. For candidates who have paid the counselling fee: The authorities will conduct document verification.
  2. Verification modes: Verification can be done online or offline for the candidate’s convenience.
  3. Online verification: If certificates were already verified through web services from the respective board/agencies, candidates need to:

    • Pay the processing fee cum registration.
    • Verify personal, academic, and other details for correctness. If satisfied, no need to upload any certificates.

Step 3: Status of Document Verification

  1. Check status: Enter your hall ticket number and date of birth to check certificate verification status.
  2. Eligibility messages:

    • If verified online, the message “Candidate is eligible for exercising options” will be displayed. Proceed to option entry as per the schedule.
    • If not verified online, the message “student is not eligible or certificate verification is in progress” will be displayed. Upload necessary documents for verification by the Help Line centre authorities.

Step 4: Option Entry

  1. Log in again: After successful registration, log in on the scheduled dates for option entry.
  2. Select preferences: Choose preferred colleges and courses in order of preference during the web options entry process.

Documents Required for AP EAMCET Counselling 2024

  • AP EAMCET rank card 2024.
  • AP EAMCET 2024 hall ticket.
  • Memorandum of Marks (Inter or its equivalent).
  • Proof of Date of Birth (SSC or its Equivalent Memo).
  • Transfer Certificate ( T.C)
  • Study Certificate from VI to Intermediate
  • EWS certificate valid for the year 2024-25 from MeeSeva for OC candidates who want to claim reservation under EWS category
  • Residence certificate for preceding 7 years of the Qualifying examination i.e. Inter or its equivalent in respect of Private candidates.
  • Andhra Pradesh Residence Certificate of father/mother for 10 years
  • excluding the period of employment outside Andhra Pradesh from Tahsildar in respect of Non-Local Candidates.
  • Integrated Community Certificate, in the case of BC/ST/SC issued by the competent authority.
  • Income certificate of parents from all sources issued on or after 01.01.2020 or White Ration card (candidate name and either of the parent's name have to be reflected in the ration card) for those who claim tuition fee reimbursement)
  • Local status certificate (if applicable)i.e a candidate who migrates to any part of the state of Andhra Pradesh from the state of Telangana from 02-June-2014 to on/before June 1, 2024, shall be regarded as the local candidate in the state of Andhra Pradesh.
