AP POLYCET Counselling 2024
Starting on May 23rd, the admission process for AP POLYCET 2024 will begin. This information was shared by Chadalavada Nagarani, who is the Commissioner of the Technical Education Department and Chairman of the Training Council. They mentioned that the official announcement about this will be made on Wednesday.
On Tuesday, there was a meeting at the State Technical Education Department office in Amaravati where they talked about different parts of the admission process. They discussed everything related to admissions and then settled on a plan for how to carry out the process.
Verification of Certificates
During the meeting, Nagarani mentioned some important dates for the AP POLYCET 2024 admission process. From May 24th to June 2nd, students can make fee payments and complete other online procedures. Certificate verification should be done between May 27th and June 3rd, within eight days.
Optional subject registration will be open from May 31st to June 5th. Nagarani also stated that there will be a chance to change the chosen options on June 5th. Seat allotments will be finalized by June 7th.
When will the Classes Start?
Students whose admissions are confirmed between June 10th and 14th will need to report to their respective polytechnic colleges, either in person or online. Nagarani also mentioned that classes will commence statewide from June 10th. Rank cards can be downloaded from the website in preparation for admission counseling.
Out of the total 1,42,035 students who took the Polyset entrance exam, 1,24,430 students qualified, with a pass percentage of 87.61%. Among them, 56,464 girls appeared for the exam, with a pass percentage of 89.81%, while 85,561 boys appeared, with a pass percentage of 86.16%.
AP POLYCET 2024 Results
The Andhra Pradesh State Board of Technical Education and Training in Vijayawada has announced the AP POLYCET 2024 results online. Candidates can check their ranks by visiting the official website, polycetap.nic.in, and entering their hall ticket number. The link to download the result is now available.
Previously, the provisional answer key for AP POLYCET was released by SBTET, Andhra Pradesh, and candidates had the opportunity to challenge it until May 4, 2024. The exam itself took place on April 27, 2024.
