The Bureau of Energy Efficiency (BEE) seeks to engage Graduate Engineers with an exceptional track record to join as Project Engineers on a contractual basis. These positions aim to support the implementation of various energy efficiency programs and activities initiated under the E.C. Act 2001. Below are the details of the available positions:
Vacancy Details
The Bureau of Energy Efficiency (BEE) intends to hire 08 Project Engineers on a contractual basis.
Essential Educational Qualifications
Candidates must hold a graduate degree in Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks or an equivalent grade. Additionally, they must have qualified the GATE exam in the last two years (2023 and 2024).
Desirable Qualifications: A master's degree in Engineering or a postgraduate qualification in a relevant discipline, with a comprehensive understanding of national energy programs and policies focusing on energy efficiency and conservation.
Experience: A minimum of one year of experience in research, development, design, academic institutions, government departments, or organizations related to energy efficiency, energy conservation, energy auditing, or similar fields is required.

Age Limit
The maximum age limit is 27 years as of the date the advertisement is published in the employment newspaper. Age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PWD candidates will be provided in accordance with Government rules.
Selection Procedure
Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria will be shortlisted based on merit. Those deemed eligible during the screening process will be invited for an interview. Selected candidates will be engaged purely on a contractual basis, with no entitlement to regular employment with BEE.
