Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) is inviting applications for the position of Project Engineer – I for 2024. Candidates should hold a B.E/B.Tech degree in Computer Science with at least 55% marks (Pass Class for SC/ST/PwBD) and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in fields like C++, Java, and Python. The age limit is 32 years for General/EWS candidates, with relaxations for OBC, SC/ST, and PwBD categories.

The recruitment process includes a written test (85% of total marks) and an interview (15% of total marks). Remuneration increases annually from Rs. 40,000 in the first year to Rs. 55,000 in the fourth year, with additional allowances and benefits. Applications must be submitted in the prescribed format by 23rd August 2024, addressed to DGM (HR&A) at the Central Research Laboratory, Bharat Electronics Limited, Ghaziabad. Incomplete or incorrect applications will be rejected.

Qualification for BEL Recruitment 2024

• B.E /B.Tech (4 year course) Engineering degree in Computer Science from recognized university/Institution/College with 55% & above for GEN/EWS/OBC candidates & Pass Class for SC/ST/PwBD Candidates.
• Minimum 02 years / C++, Java, SW Testing, SW Documentation Python etc.

Age Limit for BEL Recruitment 2024

• The age limit should be not more than 32 years for General & EWS candidates.
•  The upper age limit will be relaxable for OBC candidates by 03 years and SC/ST candidates by 05 years. For candidates belonging to PwBD category having minimum 40% disability or more will get 10 years’ relaxation in addition to the relaxation applicable to the categories mentioned above.
• SSLC/SSC/ISC mark card and any other valid document will be considered as proof of date of birth.

Selection Procedure for BEL Recruitment 2024

• Candidate should meet the eligibility criteria as specified in the advertisement.
• Selection will be through a Written Test followed by interview (of those who are shortlisted in the written test). 85% Marks will be allotted for the written test and 15% Marks for the interview. Candidates who pass the written test will be shortlisted for interview in the ratio of 1:5 in the order of merit, category and discipline.
•  The dates of the selections, timings and venue will be intimated to the shortlisted candidates through e-mail only.
•  The names of candidates shortlisted for written test/interview and final selection will be notified on our Company’s website.
