Instructions to Fill UG Applications (Aided Courses)
- Before you apply online, make sure to read the instructions carefully.
- If you're applying for Aided stream Courses, you need to submit separate applications for each course you're interested in.
- Fill in the following details accurately:
- Your 10th Standard Registration Number as shown on your Mark Sheet
- Your Date of Birth
- Enter the verification code provided
- Then click on the ‘I Agree’ Button.
- After submitting the Registration Details Form, you'll be directed to the Application Details Form. Here, fill in your personal and academic information carefully.
- Upload a passport-size photograph in either png, jpg, or jpeg format with the following dimensions:
- Width: between 3.5cm and 4.5cm
- File size: between 10kb and 50kb
- Ensure the background of the photo is white and avoid using selfie photos.
Once you've successfully submitted your application form, you'll be directed to the payment page. After completing the payment successfully, your Application Number will be sent to the mobile number and email address you provided during registration.
You'll also be able to view and download your filled-in application form on the screen. It's recommended that you download the form for your own records. You don't need to send a hard copy of the filled-in application to the institution. Check this PDF if you have any doubts.
Instructions to Fill UG Applications (Self-Finance)
Before you start your online application, please make sure to carefully go through the instructions provided. There are three forms that you need to fill out:
- Registration Details:
- Fill in the following details carefully in the Registration Details Form:
- XII Group code
- 12th Standard Registration Number as shown on your Mark Sheet
- Date of Birth
- Enter the verification code
- Then, click on the ‘I Agree’ Button.

How to Fill Out the Application Form?
Once you've submitted the Registration Details Form, the Application Details Form will appear. Here's what you need to do:
- Fill in all the relevant details in CAPITAL LETTERS.
- Use a tick (✓) to select the course(s) you're interested in. Remember, you can choose more than one course.
- SC/ST candidates can apply for only one course free of cost.
- Enter the given verification code and click on the 'I Agree' button.
- After clicking the 'I Agree' button, you'll be directed to the Payment page.
- Once the payment is successful, the course codes for the applied courses will be sent to your registered mobile number and email address.
- You will then be redirected to the /dgvc.in/ page to enter your personal and academic details. Make sure to provide accurate information.
