Qualification: B.E/B. Tech/MCA
Experience: 3 to 5 years in Software Development with 1-2 years in relevant stack.

QA Tester:

Qualification: B.E/B. Tech/MCA in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication.
Experience: 2-5 years in Quality Assurance Testing or a similar role.

UX Designer:

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field.
Experience: 2-5 years in User Experience Design, HCI, Interaction, or similar industry.

Security Test Engineer:

Qualification: B.E/B. Tech/MCA in CS/IT.
Experience: 2-5 years in Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing.

Assistant Manager/Dy. Manager - Onboarding (Technical):

Qualification: B.E/B. Tech/MCA (MBA desirable).
Experience: 3-5 years in development/management in medium to large-scale IT projects.

Selection Process
