The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) is hiring experienced candidates for the roles of Assistant Manager and Manager (Track) on a Post Retirement Contractual Engagement basis to support the Mumbai Line-06 project. Eligible candidates, who have experience in railway or metro track construction and maintenance, can apply if they are retired or currently employed in relevant government organizations, including Indian Railways and CPSUs.
The positions offer a consolidated monthly fee of Rs. 96,600 for Managers and Rs. 75,100 for Assistant Managers, with an age limit of 62 years. The engagement is initially for three years, extendable based on performance and mutual agreement. Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the DMRC Assistant Manager/Manager (Track) positions, candidates must meet the following criteria:
Manager (Track):
Candidates must be working or retired Group ‘A’/Group-‘B’ Gazetted Officers from a government organization, such as Indian Railways or CPSUs, in the CDA pay scale Level 11 (Rs. 67,700–2,08,700) or IDA Pay scale (Rs. 60,000–1,80,000). They must have at least 5 years of service at the Gazetted/Executive level.
Assistant Manager (Track):
Candidates must be working or retired Group ‘B’ Gazetted Officers from a government organization, such as Indian Railways or CPSUs, in the CDA pay scale Levels 8, 9, or 10 (Rs. 47,600–1,77,500) or IDA Pay scale (Rs. 50,000–1,60,000). They must have at least 3 years of service at the Gazetted/Executive level.

Salary Details
The salary for the DMRC positions is as follows:
These amounts are fixed according to DMRC rules and are based on the candidate's last substantive grade. If a candidate has worked or retired at a higher grade, their salary will still be capped at these amounts.
Selection Process
The selection process for the DMRC positions involves the following steps:
- Personal Interview: Candidates will be evaluated on their knowledge, skills, comprehension, aptitude, and physical fitness.
- Shortlisting: A list of shortlisted candidates will be posted on the DMRC website in the second week of July 2024.
- Interview Schedule: Interviews will take place in the third week of July 2024 at Metro Bhawan, Barakhamba Road, New Delhi, or online.
- Final Result: The final list of selected candidates will be announced in the fourth week of July 2024.
