The Ethiraj College Application Form for 2024-25 is a simple process to apply for undergraduate and postgraduate courses. Undergraduate Courses 

Application Process 

• Read eligibility criteria and instructions carefully before proceeding.
• Prepare a recent passport-sized photo (Max size: 100kb, jpg/jpeg format).
• Use the name as per the 12th mark sheet; for Tamil names, refer to Google Translator.
• CBSE Board Students can skip Part I language mark.
• Other board students can add subjects by clicking “Add Row”.
• Choose the correct subjects from the given options.
• Double-check filled details before saving; no edits allowed post-submission.
• Provide a valid mobile number and email ID for admission notifications.
• Application numbers will be sent via SMS and Email after saving.

Payment of Application Fee

• Application Reference: Upon submission, receive a unique application reference number.
• Notification: SMS and email with the reference number and password will be sent.
• Acceptance of Terms: Agree to terms and conditions and proceed to pay online.
• Payment Modes: Use Net banking, Credit, or Debit cards for payment.
• Confirmation: Receive SMS and email confirmation upon successful payment.

• Verify the application status and download the form after successful payment.

Application Process

• Click on “Admissions” and hover over “APPLY NOW”.
• Select either “MBA APPLICATIONS” or “MCA APPLICATIONS”.
• Register with Name, Email ID, and Date of Birth.
• Review General Instructions and Prospectus.
• Access the MBA or MCA Application Form.
• Enter details and upload a recent passport-sized photo.

Uploading Documents

• Parent and Student Signatures: Upload required signatures.
• Mark Sheets: Upload 10th and 12th standard mark sheets, UG semester mark sheets (combined in a single PDF), and TANCET hall ticket and mark sheet.
• Community Certificate: Provide as necessary.

Payment

• Online Payment: Proceed to pay the registration fees online.
