GAIL (India) Limited is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Indian nationals in the medical field to apply for the positions listed in Table-I below. Please refer to the table for category-wise vacancies and eligibility criteria.
Essential Qualification
A minimum qualification of MBBS with a completed internship and registration with the Medical Council of India is required. Post-qualification experience is desirable.
Emolument Details
- Monthly Fee: Rs. 93,000/- (Rupees Ninety-Three Thousand Only)
- OPD Expenses: Rs. 1,000/- per month (no in-house medical facility at GAIL, Khera)
- Family Insurance: Rs. 5 Lakhs for indoor treatment for self, spouse, and two dependents
- Personal Accident Insurance: Rs. 12 Lakhs covering disability and medical treatment
- Accommodation: Bachelor/Family accommodation as per Sr. Officer/Sr. Engineer entitlement, subject to availability and License Fee Recovery (LFR). Water, electricity, and other applicable charges will be deducted as per rules.
- Leave Entitlement: 12 Casual Leave (CL) and 12 Paid Leave per year. CL and paid leave can be accumulated or carried forward; compensatory off for extra duty.
- Engagement Period: Initial 12-month contract, extendable annually up to 30.06.2027 based on performance.
- Increment: Additional Rs. 2,800 per month if continued beyond initial 12 months (maximum up to 30.06.2027).
Place of Posting
The selected candidate will be assigned to the Occupational Health Centre at Khera Compressor Station, Village Chikli, Post Nanded, Tehsil Makdone, District Ujjain – 456 668, Madhya Pradesh.

- Hard Copy: Do not send hard copies of the application form or testimonials at this stage.
Selection Process
- Candidates who meet all eligibility criteria will proceed to the selection process, which may involve one or more stages.
- If applications are numerous, GAIL may raise eligibility standards to limit the number of candidates.
- All information provided must be accurate; false details will lead to disqualification, and GAIL is not responsible for any consequences.
- Applications will be screened based on the submitted data, and false information will result in rejection.
- Canvassing will lead to cancellation of candidature.
- Applications under fictitious names or email IDs are prohibited and subject to legal action.
- The selection process will include an interview, with instructions sent to shortlisted candidates.
- The process may change based on company needs.
Documents Required
- Application Form: Duly signed and completed in all respects.
- Photograph: Self-attested recent passport-sized color photo (3.5 x 4.5 cm) with a white background (.JPEG/.JPG/.BMP format, up to 50 KB).
- MBBS Degree Certificate
- MBBS Internship Completion Certificate
- Medical Registration: Registration with Medical Council of India or State Medical Council.
- Higher Qualifications: Degree certificate for additional qualifications (e.g., MD), if applicable.
- Experience Certificates: Complete and proper experience certificates/documents from the employer for post-qualification experience listed in the application.
- Caste/Category Certificate: Relevant certificate for SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/EWS/PwBD/Ex-Serviceman, if applicable.
- NOC/Forwarding Letter: From employer if currently employed in Central/State Government, PSUs, or semi-government organizations.
- Photo ID Proof: Valid ID such as PAN Card, Voter ID, Aadhar Card, or Driving License.
