    • Qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering.
  2. Operator (Electrical), D6

    • Trade: Electrical
    • Number of Posts: 14 (UR-7, OBC(NCL)-3, SC-1, ST-1, EWS-2)
    • Qualification: Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
  3. Operator (Electronics), D6

    • Trade: Electronics
    • Number of Posts: 6 (UR-2, OBC(NCL)-1, SC-1, ST-1, EWS-1)
    • Qualification: Diploma in Electronics/Electronics & Telecommunication/Electronics & Communication Engineering.
  4. Operator (Mechanical), D6

Age Limit and Relaxation

  • General: 28 years as on 25-05-2024.
  • SC/ST: Relaxable by 5 years.
  • OBC (NCL): Relaxable by 3 years.
  • PwBD: Relaxable by 10 years (additional to category relaxation).
  • Others: Additional relaxations for candidates from J&K, ex-apprentices, and those with relevant post-qualification experience, up to a maximum age of 35 years. Maximum age limit with all relaxations: 55 years (56 for PwBD).

Remuneration

  • Basic Pay:

    • D6: Rs. 23,000/- per month
    • C5: Rs. 22,000/- per month
  • Additional Allowances:

    • Dearness Allowance (DA)
    • Perks and allowances (25% of Basic Pay)
    • Monthly medical reimbursement of Rs. 1500
    • Incentives and performance pay
    • Shift allowance
    • Uniform and shoe allowance
    • Traveling allowance (TA) and Daily allowance (DA)
    • Group insurance
    • House Rent Allowance (HRA)

Engagement Period

  • Tenure: Maximum of four years, with possible extension based on workload and requirements.
  • Termination: By either party with one month's notice or payment instead of notice.

Place of Posting

  • Primary Location: Nashik Division.
  • Liability: Can be transferred to any HAL division/office.

Selection Procedure
