The Rotary Wing Research and Design Centre (RWRDC), which specializes in the design and development of rotary wing platforms like the ALH (Advanced Light Helicopter), LCH (Light Combat Helicopter), and LUH (Light Utility Helicopter), is seeking knowledgeable, experienced, and results-driven professionals for various executive positions.

Qualification

Applicants must have a full-time, regular Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Technology in any discipline, along with a full-time, regular Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety from a recognized institution or university. Alternatively, candidates may hold a full-time, regular Master’s Degree in Industrial Safety (2 years) from a recognized university or institution.

A minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience is required. Qualifications obtained through part-time, correspondence, distance education, or e-learning modes will not be considered equivalent to regular, full-time courses.

Salary

Pay Scales (2017 Scales): ₹40,000 – ₹1,40,000. Annual increments are currently 3% of the running Basic Pay.

Upon selection, candidates will be appointed within this pay scale. In addition to Basic Pay, they will be eligible for Variable Dearness Allowance, Perquisites & Allowances, Company Accommodation or House Rent Allowance, Performance-Related Pay (PRP), Provident Fund Membership, Gratuity, and other benefits as per the company's prevailing rules.

Perquisites and Allowances are currently provided at 35% of the running Basic Pay under the Cafeteria System.

Place of Posting

The selected candidate will be posted at Rotary Wing Research and Design Centre, (RWRDC) Bangalore. However, they are liable to be transferred / posted / assigned to any place where HAL has the Divisions / Offices / Bases depending upon organizational requirements.

Age Limit

• SC/ST candidates: Age relaxation of up to 5 years.
• OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) candidates: Age relaxation of up to 3 years.
• Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBDs): Age relaxation of up to 10 years, in addition to the relaxation provided for SC/ST/OBC (NCL) candidates.
• Candidates domiciled in Jammu & Kashmir: Age relaxation of up to 5 years if they were ordinarily domiciled in the state between January 1, 1980, and December 31, 1989.

Application Fee

• The application fee is ₹500 (Rupees Five Hundred Only), which includes 18% GST. Candidates from SC/ST/PWD categories are exempt from paying this fee.
• Applicants must also cover any applicable bank commission charges if they are paying the fee at a bank other than SBI, HAL Branch, Bangalore.
• The original counterfoil of the challan (HAL Copy) must be submitted along with the application form. Photocopies or Xerox copies of the challan will not be accepted.
• Failure to provide the original challan will result in rejection of the candidature and the application fee will not be refunded.

Selection Procedure

• Eligible candidates will be shortlisted based on initial screening of their qualifications, relevant experience, and other credentials. Only those who are shortlisted will be invited for a personal interview.
• The date, time, and venue of the interview will be communicated to shortlisted candidates via email.
• Candidates who are selected for the interview must bring original certificates/documents and self-attested photocopies, including proof of age, qualifications, experience, caste, training, disability (if applicable), NOC (if applicable), and passport-sized photographs.
• Interviews will be conducted in a ratio of up to 1:10, as per company rules.

Application Procedure

• Interested and eligible candidates should download the Application Form provided.
• After completing the form, ensure all details are filled out accurately. If additional space is needed for work experience, training, qualifications, or other information, use extra A4 sheets and attach them to the application.
• The completed application must be received by HAL no later than October 11, 2024. Submit the application via Registered Post, Speed Post, or Courier to ensure it reaches HAL RWRDC Division by the deadline.
• Applications sent via email or fax will not be accepted, and any received after the due date will be rejected.
