Applications are invited using the prescribed form (attached to this advertisement) from eligible candidates who have retired from PSUs, including Hindustan Copper Limited, government or semi-government organizations, including defense services, or reputable private organizations. These applications are for various positions at Khetri Copper Complex, a unit of Hindustan Copper Limited (a Government of India Enterprise).
Eligibility Criteria
- Eligibility: Candidates must have a minimum of 20 years of experience in mining, including at least 10 years as a Mining Mate in underground metalliferous mines.
- Age Limit: The maximum age allowed is 63 years as of the date of the walk-in interview.
- Type of Employment: This position is on a contractual basis, following Hindustan Copper Limited's Scheme for Contractual Appointments on a Full-Time Fixed Tenure Basis (FTFT), subject to amendments.
- Duration of Engagement: The initial engagement is for one year, with the possibility of extension. However, the total duration cannot exceed five years and is subject to the maximum age limit of 65 years.
Monthly Emoluments
The fixed monthly emoluments are Rs. 27,200/-. Additionally, a reimbursement of 15% of the fixed monthly emoluments for conveyance expenses amounts to Rs. 4,080/-. Therefore, the total monthly compensation is Rs. 31,280/-.
Details about Walk In Interview
- Candidates should bring a completed application form along with one set of self-attested photocopies of all certificates.
- They must also present their original certificates to verify their claim of having a minimum of 20 years of experience in mining, including at least 10 years as a Mining Mate in underground metalliferous mines, as well as documents supporting age, qualifications, statutory requirements, and the last pay slip during the Walk-in Interview.
- The Walk-in Interview is scheduled for 23.08.2024 at 11:00 AM and will take place on the 2nd Floor, Conference Hall, Administration Building, Khetri Copper Complex, Hindustan Copper Limited, Khetri Nagar, Neem Ka Thana, Rajasthan – 333504.
